Edoardo has more than 15 years experience in retail and ecommerce, in a wide variety of roles ranging from senior executive, entrepreneur and consultant, giving him a unique perspective on the direction and development of the industry. He is today dedicated to discover, support and invest in entrepreneurs and startups powering the digital commerce revolution.
Edoardo created the open innovation and startup engagement program at Galeries Lafayette where he led corporate development and innovation. He founded Lafayette Plug and Play, the first fully-integrated corporate accelerator program focused on retail and digital commerce in France and California.
From London he developed and run the international franchise business for Gap Inc. powering worldwide expansion from Austria to Uruguay. He worked for Nike where, among other things, he designed the Nike Football strategy for the South Africa World Cup. A wine enthusiast, he launched and sold sommeliercellar.com, a private sales wine e-commerce business based in UK. He started his career in strategy consulting at Accenture.
Having lived and worked in London, Amsterdam, Barcelona he’s now based in Paris with his family. He holds an MBA from Insead (J’07). A keen snow and kite boarder he’s always on the hunt for new adventures.
