Dr Mirko Warschun is a Partner and Managing Director with A.T. Kearney where he leads the Consumer Industries and Retail Practice in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

In his more than 20 years in professional services (consulting, M&A, VC), Mirko focuses on areas such as strategy and top-line transformation, digital and operations excellence. He is lead advisor to several major companies in the European and non-European retail and consumer goods sector. Mirko currently serves on advisory boards of various start-up companies in the retail and services industries.

Mirko has a passion and breadth of knowledge on retail and consumer goods, he frequently contributes articles and is interviewed on the trends in major business newspapers including the Financial Times, magazines and TV/radio. He is regularly featured as a speaker at leading industry conferences.

Mirko holds a Master’s in International Management from the Community of European Management Schools for his studies at the Stockholm School of Economics, a PhD in Management from the University of Oldenburg, and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne.
