Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Caffè Nero
James Flett is currently a Senior Customer Marketing Manager at Caffè Nero. His responsibilities include customer acquisition and retention for the European coffee brand. Most recently James led a project to launch the highly-rated Caffè Nero mobile app in the U.K and is now focussed on growing its user-base and building engagement in the brand. James is also responsible for Caffè Nero’s strategic marketing partnerships, which include O2, V&A, Virgin, RBS, and American Express.
Previously James worked at HMV for 8 years, managing a variety of projects from opening cinemas on top of High St shops to developing retail propositions in live music venues.
