Bela Evers is a Senior Digital Consultant - Strategy & Innovation at Needle Strategy. Her main focus is bridging the gap between technology, innovation, business models and customer experiences. Bela has over 20 years experience in digital marketing strategy and communications, digital transformation program management and social innovation. Her strategic, innovative and pragmatic hands-on approach adds value to any client she is working for - from large corporates to start-ups. Prior to joining Needle Strategy, Bela has worked for companies including Shell, Unilever, Danone Nutricia, Nuon, Infor and Ford. Next to digital innovation, Bela is also co-founder of the social innovation platform ‘Cool Ideas Society’, which facilitates co-creation and innovation for local governments, education establishments and social entrepreneurs.

Bela is originally from the UK but has been living in the Netherlands for a number of years with her husband and three children. She holds an Economics degree and MBA in Marketing.
