David co-founded M Worldwide in 2001 and has worked with leading brands and retailers in more than 22 countries. He has particular expertise in the grocery, convenience and financial services sectors. With a firm understanding of how shoppers think, feel, and behave, he works with brands to invent and reinvigorate the customer experience, develop brand and retail strategy, and the retail environment and communications.
