Registration & Tickets

Shoptalk Europe now has 2,300 attendees, far exceeding our expectation of 2,000 attendees. You may buy a ticket but all registrations are now subject to review and approval following ticket purchase--we will be in touch as soon as we are able. If you are not approved, we will issue a refund and you will be placed on a waitlist pending any dropouts--we will contact you if space becomes available.

Tickets provide access to all aspects of Shoptalk Europe, including sessions, networking events, breakfasts, lunches, receptions and the exhibit hall. We don't offer exhibit hall-only or partial attendance rates. Please note that 2017 capacity is limited and we expect to sell out, just as we did in 2016 in the USA. Tickets are transferable to colleagues prior to 9 October 2017, but not refundable and cannot be applied to future events.

  • Standard Ticket

    Buy this ticket unless you qualify for a special retailer and brand, startup or media ticket.

  • Retailer & Brand Ticket

    Only for direct employees of (1) online and offline retailers and (2) consumer brands. Additional discounts are available for group purchases.

  • Startup Ticket

    A limited number of reduced rate tickets are available for startups that are less than two years old and that have raised less than €2 million. Subject to approval.

  • Media & Press Ticket

    Journalists, sell-side equity analysts and other media may be eligible for complimentary tickets. Subject to approval.
